Dr. Milena Corredig

Milena Corredig is a professor in the Food Science Department at Aarhus University, Denmark. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Milan, Italy, and MSc and PhD degrees in food science from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Corredig has held numerous academic positions in the USA and Canada as professor and research chair in dairy science and technology. In 2013, she was Vice President of Research and Development for GayLea Foods, a dairy processing cooperative operating in Ontario, Canada. Corredig has extensive expertise in dairy chemistry, dairy ingredients, colloids, and delivery systems.
